Amanda Hill has been a licensed REALTOR® in Colorado for over 16 years with Bray Real Estate, specializing in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in Grand Junction Real Estate. Over the years, she has become an expert in the local market, contracts, and negotiation, earning the trust of more than 570 families in the Grand Valley. As a result, clients rely on her for guidance that blends market knowledge with proven strategies.
Beyond her professional experience, Amanda’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in business management from Colorado Mesa University (2008) and a Real Estate Broker’s license earned in 2009. In addition, Amanda holds several industry credentials: Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Grand Valley Specialist (GVS), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) certification.
Additionally, Amanda is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR). Beyond her work with clients, she mentors newly licensed brokers at Bray, sharing insights on becoming a successful top producer—a role she has held since 2011. With this in mind, she approaches each day striving to be the best Grand Junction real estate professional as possible.

Samantha is a Senior attending Colorado Mesa University where she is getting her bachelor’s degree in marketing. Originally from Montrose, CO, she enjoys traveling, paddle boarding, and painting.
