Amanda Hill has been a licensed REALTOR® in Colorado for over 14 years at Bray Real Estate. She specializes in helping clients buy, sell and invest in properties. She is an expert in the local market, contracts, and negotiation and has been trusted by over 500 families in the Grand Valley throughout the years.
Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Colorado Mesa University in 2008 and her Real Estate Brokers license in 2009. Amanda is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Grand Valley Specialist (GVS), and has earned a Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) certification.
Amanda is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR). Amanda also takes the time to mentor newly licensed brokers at Bray on how to be a successful Top Producer from 2011- Present. Amanda strives to be the best Grand Junction REALTOR® everyday.

Shaye is from Bend, Oregon and is a senior at Colorado Mesa University studying Marketing.

Mary McGinnis is the Amanda Hill Team Marketing Specialist. She manages marketing and social media of the team and facilitates all marketing for all listings.

Yadira Manila is the Transaction Coordinator for Bray Real Estate. She helps monitor contractual obligations, paperwork, and making sure everything is needed on file. She is another point of contact during the buying and selling transactions.
